(Who we are)
We started in a training room, not a banquet hall, which is why we care less about the chandelier and more about what people carry home.
Asquared is a studio built on a stubborn belief: education and entertainment belong in the same room. That thinking runs through everything, a global product launch, a factory-floor PoSH session, a fiftieth birthday. Different rooms, same obsession with the outcome.

The Magic Book Club
A room where readers become authors.
It began the way the best things do, quietly. A few readers, one table, a shared belief that a good book is better shared. Archana built the Magic Book Club from that first meet into a community of 50+ readers and authors who now show up for each other as much as for the books.
There are on-ground circles and online sessions. There are schoolkids and CXOs in the same conversation. And every so often, a reader finds the courage to share their own writing, and becomes an author in front of the friends who got them there.

Archana Chandrasekar
From the quiet streets of Madurai to boardrooms across India, Archana’s path began by accident, a customer-support executive asked to train a batch of new hires. She never went back to the desk.
A decade on, she has trained 15,000+ people across India, built a reading community of 50+ members, grown a 7,000-strong YouTube audience, and stepped onto stages from Chennai to abroad, an internationally trained facilitator and certified PoSH trainer who still believes learning should feel like joy.

Listen for the real brief
The stated brief and the real one are rarely the same. We start by finding out why you're actually gathering people, then design to that.
Design the feeling first
We decide how the room should feel at 9am, at lunch and at the close, then reverse-engineer the run-sheet, the space and the talent to get there.
Produce like it's live TV
Detailed cue sheets, redundancy on everything that matters, and a crew that has seen the thing go wrong before, so it doesn't.
Leave something behind
A trained internal committee, a 90-day plan, a highlight reel that keeps working. The event ends; the outcome shouldn't.
